...According to Chef Dell, the lobster and vanilla salad that was served is actually part of the restaurant’s famous signature lobster trilogy appetiser. Though it was only meant to be an amuse bouche but the portion was enough to let me taste the natural sweetness of the lobster and it was really fresh. The flesh of the lobster was succulent and the vanilla flavour just complemented this amuse bouche so well. Fisher & Paykel Masterclass Television Series on FOOD TV

This cooking series plays frequently on Sky FOOD TV with chefs filmed during the Fisher & Paykel World Culinary Theatre in 2007 at the Auckland Home Show. Jason cooks and entertains to a live audience whilst preparing his signature dishes using fresh New Zealand King Salmon.

NZ on a Plate Television Series on FOOD TV

Jason Dell was part of the inaugural 13 top chefs that represented regional New Zealand Cuisine. The chefs were individually selected from NZ Chefs Association Branch members. Filming took place during 2007 at the Fisher & Paykel plant in Auckland. A cooking set was purpose built to especially film the showcase of great regional New Zealand wine and food.
