n April 2006 Jason visited Singapore as a senior member of the NZ Culinary Team at FHA. The team won Gold and Bronze medals against other International culinary teams including Germany, Switzerland and Singapore. In August of 2007, Jason re-visited Singapore where he was invited to cook at the newly opened The Prime Society in Dempsey Hill as a celebrity guest chef. Jason Dell was quickly retained as a chef consultant for the same restaurant where he hosted a series of NZ theme Vitner dinners at The Prime Society in early 2008.

In May and June 2008, Jason Dell travelled throughout South East Asia, visiting the Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur, where he cooked as guest chef at a New Zealand F&B promotion in association with NZTE. Jason continued on a culinary sojourn, presenting cooking demonstrations and showcasing NZ food and wine at various F&B events in Macau, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Jason Dell has since returned to Asia, making Singapore his permanent home. He currently oversees all kitchen operations for the AC2 International cluster of hospitality businesses including The Prime Society, The Society Bistro and The Nautilus Project located at ION Orchard. Nautilus is a new western seafood bistro concept which will officially open in August of 2009.
